Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Q Acoustics products purchased through our official store. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the speakers or accessories back in their original double-walled boxes with all internal foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
